Detox Day Three

68 ounces of water---check, plus a little extra

TurboKick class---check

Weight Lifting----nope (too exhausted)

  • Breakfast: hot tea
  • Lunch: turkey sandwich and free sample of the new Cheerios snack mix (very good actually)
  • Supper: bowl of Turkey, Corn and Lima Bean stew
  • Evening Snack: handful of peanuts and more hot tea

I've never looked forward to TurboKick so much in my life. Running two miles is for the birds.

Three days down...4 to go.
