Detox Day One

68 ounces of water---check

2 miles on treadmill---check

Weight lifting---check

Menu:

  • Breakfast: banana and hot tea sweetened with Splenda
  • Lunch: salad and corn chips
  • Afternoon Snack: 1/2 apple with peanut butter
  • Supper: Baked turkey breast, baked potato, lima beans

One day down....6 to go.
