I saw this cute, easy and creative idea on Heavenly Homemakers.
Just cut the top tortilla like you would a piece of folded up paper into a snowflake then sandwich it with some cheese and the solid tortilla. Fry it in the skillet or in your quesadilla maker to make a cheesy melt.
